Bradford Mumpower’s work has been honored at numerous fashion shows in Pittsburgh, including Pittsburgh Fashion Week and Fashion Week Downtown, and he has been recognized for his work with unconventional materials at Salvation Army Garbage Bag Galas and the Ecolution Earth Day Fashion Shows. He also has been featured in regional publications, most recently the January 2018 issue of Pittsburgh Magazine and January 7, 2018, issue of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Mumpower had been a self-employed massage therapist for over 10 years when he took his first sewing class in 2010, channeling his experience working with the human body to create fashion that honors all figures. Today, he creates his own designs under his “Bradford Mumpower” label. He draws inspiration from the prints and the textiles he selects to create clothing that empowers and brings out the beauty in every woman.

Bradford Mumpower’s most recent collection, Spring/Summer 2018, was unveiled at his first solo fashion Show, January 28th at the Ace Hotel in Pittsburgh.
